2 Cell 7.4V Li-ion NCR 18650 3500mAh Battery with Tamiya Connector from Admiral - ADM6024-012

Assembled using high quality imported Taiwanese NCR 18650 cells, this Admiral Li-ion battery is intended as an upgrade battery for Heng Long tanks and other 2s powered surface vehicles with the pre-soldered Tamiya connector. Double the capacity of standard 18650 Li-ion cells, this pack's 3500mAh capacity significantly extends drive time and can sustain higher current draw conditions.

Note: This battery pack is Li-ion (Lithium Ion) chemistry. It is not Li-Po (Lithium-Polymer) chemistry. Set your charger to charge 2s 7.4v with Li-ion chemistry.

I'm planning to get one of these batteries to extend the battery life of my tank, and I wondered whether the charger included in Heng Long tanks will charge this battery. I already know it will be compatible with the tank, I just need to know whether the included charger will suffice, as I don't want to buy another charger.

Yes, the HL supplied charger will work. It will take 3-4 hours to charge the Admiral 3500mAh LiIo battery.

i have henglong 7.4v lipo charger came with the tank, can i use this charger to charge admiral 3500mah li-ion 7.4 v battery??

I would say yes but, it will take at least twice as long to charge it than the 1800Mah that came with the tank. If your in the hobby to stay invest in a hobby grade programmable charger.

I recently found 1 that some how got put away in not the usual place. So it hadn't been used in ver 3 years so I charged it up tested as like new. So I put it into my very heavy Torro King Tiger and put it through it's paces on my obstacle course. Plenty of power. In my book that's a no Brainer. Especially with your very reasonable prices.

This airplane already had high...read moreI needed to power the receiver on my Seagull Super Chipmunk (Spektrum AR8360T+), but I didn't want to use the BEC that is internal to my ESC. This airplane already had high wing-loading (34 ounces/square foot), and this UBEC weighs only 51 grams. I could have used a two-cell LiFe battery, but for any decent capacity, the weight would have been 102 grams. I also like that it's super easy to set the output voltage by pressing the button provided (no fancy programming required). I also like that there are two pairs of red and black output wires which provides less resistance between the UBEC and my receiver. So far, I’m a happy camper.

It’s a great flying aircraft, looks are excellent only one problem in my opinion to heavy on nose gear, wheels are too stiff if you are not on the mains at touchdown it will bounce. The new V2 has great detail and you can get it with a gyro if you get the gyro also get the programming module you’re going to need it for self leveling if pre installed
